The Institute of Child Health Faculty of Nursing (ICH-FN) marked a proud and momentous occasion on 28th February 2025 at the prestigious Mahajati Sadan, celebrating the 5th Lamp Lighting & Oath Taking Ceremony and the 1st Graduation Day Ceremony. This remarkable event symbolized the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our students as they stepped into the noble profession of nursing and embraced a bright future ahead.
A Ceremony of Pride and Dedication
The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, where the Principal of ICH-FN, faculty members, management committee members of the managing trust, along with reputed officials, government dignitaries, and distinguished guests came together to illuminate the lamp, signifying the beginning of an inspiring journey for our students. This sacred tradition symbolizes the light of knowledge and service, guiding aspiring nurses toward their professional path.
Lamp Lighting & Oath Taking – A Sacred Commitment
The freshers, holding their lit lamps, stood together in unison to take the Nursing Oath, pledging their dedication to serving humanity with compassion, integrity, and excellence. This moving moment was a powerful reminder of the responsibility and honour that comes with being a part of the nursing profession.
Graduation Day – Honoring Achievements
Adding to the grandeur of the event, the 1st Graduation Day Ceremony was held to recognize the hard work and perseverance of our passed-out students. The Principal, faculty members, and management committee members of the managing trust, along with esteemed officials and guests, handed over the graduation certificates to the successful graduates. This milestone marked the beginning of their journey as qualified nursing professionals, ready to make a difference in the healthcare sector.
